UNC Primary Care at Chatham, located off Medical Park Road near Chatham Hospital in Siler City, NC, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our team. We provide medical care to a diverse patient population, including those with chronic conditions and special needs, and partner with families to promote healthy lifestyles. Our practice emphasizes whole-person care, addressing physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

Practice Hours
- Monday – Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Perform physical exams, acute care, well visits, and sick visits
- Deliver prenatal care and behavioral/mental health counseling
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists
- Document patient encounters thoroughly for accurate billing and care continuity
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program (APRN or PA)
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in North Carolina
- Board certification if required by the Department
- DEA certification

- Family Medicine APP (NP/PA) experience preferred
- Open to new graduates
