Responsibilities

• All prices listed on our website are for the product only. Additional charges—including service fees, delivery fees, taxes, and optional tips—will be calculated and added at checkout prior to entering payment information.
• Delivery and service fees will be applied at checkout. These fees vary based on delivery location, timing, and special handling requirements.
• A standard service fee is applied to each order to cover processing, handling, and customer care support.
• This ensures your flowers are delivered with care and attention.
• Taxes Applicable sales tax will be added to the order total, where required by law.

Requirements

• When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture shown.
• Please note that each design is uniquely handcrafted, so no two arrangements are exactly the same.
• Color substitutions of flowers may be necessary, and prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.
• In all cases, we will maintain the overall style, theme, and value of your selected arrangement.
