In this high-impact role, you will be the primary architect behind our global eCommerce and consumption-based pricing models, directly shaping how our AECO portfolio scales across B2B and B2C channels while translating complex billing dynamics into growth-driving commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Architect consumption-based pricing models, unit economics, and credit-drawdown frameworks to drive customer adoption and sustain long-term margin goals.
- Own the eCommerce pricing and promotional strategy, establishing rules for digital discounts, flash sales, and in-app upgrades to fuel a high-velocity growth engine.
- Partner with the Commercial Desk and sales leadership to iteratively refine pricing guardrails based on real-time market insights and deal dynamics.
- Build hands-on logic models to predict how price modifications impact churn, customer conversion, and overall revenue realization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DX, Finance, and Marketing to translate complex usage math into clear strategic paths and automated checkout requirements.
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of dedicated experience in SaaS pricing, with a deep focus on eCommerce, digital sales, or consumption-based business models.
- Proven expertise in designing multi-tier packaging and pricing guardrails for hybrid sales environments combining direct sales and eCommerce.
- Expert-level financial and spreadsheet modeling skills to analyze multi-variable datasets, usage telemetry, and commercial metrics.
- Demonstrated success with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and automated pricing governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience with metered billing and usage platforms such as Metronome, Stripe, or Togai, along with Salesforce proficiency.
- Familiarity with product telemetry and analytics platforms including Amplitude, Gainsight, Pendo, Snowflake, or Domo.
Pay & Schedule
- Location: Westminster, CO preferred, or Lake Oswego, OR (In-Office, 4 days/week)
- Travel Requirement: Minimal (0-10%)
- Hiring Range: $105,600.00–$145,200.00
