Key Responsibilities
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies for AI-powered software, autonomous agents, copilots, and intelligent workflow solutions.
- Design and optimize subscription, usage-based, consumption, hybrid, and outcome-based pricing models.
- Evaluate pricing for new AI capabilities, premium features, and enterprise offerings.
- Lead pricing experiments and pilot programs to validate customer willingness-to-pay and monetization opportunities.
- Conduct pricing scenario analyses and recommend pricing actions based on market conditions and business objectives.
- Monitor competitive pricing, industry trends, and customer behavior.
- Conduct market research to identify pricing opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Analyze customer willingness to pay and value drivers across market segments.
- Recommend pricing adjustments based on changing market dynamics.
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align pricing decisions.
- Provide pricing guidance during product launches, contract negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
- Communicate pricing recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, commercial analytics, or revenue management.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
