Pricing Manager (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Pricing Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead pricing strategy and cost proposal development for a specific market, partnering closely with capture teams and internal stakeholders. The manager will shape pricing models, cost volume narratives, and risk mitigation approaches that support competitive, compliant proposals. This position also plays a key role in review processes, subcontract solicitations, and contract negotiations to help ensure proposals are production-ready and aligned with applicable government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing for a specific market by managing workload and collaborating with capture teams
• Develop cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narratives
• Advise internal clients on risk mitigation and price strategy development
• Conduct pricing reviews and provide guidance to ensure compliance with RFP scopes
• Ensure final cost proposals comply with government regulations and corporate policies
• Manage the cost proposal schedule to meet production milestones and deadlines
• Support subcontract solicitations and contract negotiations

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in pricing cost proposals for US Federal Government clients
• Strong knowledge of pricing all contract types, including FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, and OTA
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience using ProPricer software

Pay

Compensation: $148,300 – $266,900 annually
