Responsibilities
- Lead pricing review and manage approval processes for quotes, bids, and contracts
- Conduct profitability, sensitivity, and risk analyses to inform pricing strategy and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies in reviewing deal structures and commercial terms
- Help develop and enforce pricing policies and governance across the commercial team
- Serve as the CPQ business lead and subject matter expert, driving process improvements
- Oversee the development and coaching of three direct reports involved in quoting and contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of finance, business, and analysis experience, including ERP, CPQ, and/or CRM systems
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Experience with pricing tools and models
- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel for complex financial modeling
