Pricing & Deal Structuring Specialist

About the role

The Pricing & Deal Structuring Specialist supports the creation of the pricing approach and the client value proposition for complex outsourcing and consulting arrangements. This role involves preparing and presenting financial statements, leveraging client cost data, identifying costs, assessing and applying various pricing methodologies, ensuring US GAAP compliance, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial statements supporting new client opportunities
• Leverage client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases in support of sales efforts
• Identify costs and perform cost buildup for an individual opportunity
• Assess and apply various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives
• Ensure revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant, and Accenture policies are reflected accurately within the financial models
• Responsible for acquiring and maintaining all documentation supporting the financial statements on all new opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing pricing and deal structuring as a financial analyst
• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Excel and financial concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in applying US GAAP
• Experience in pricing and deal structuring
• CPA/MBA
• Proficiency in Excel, financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.), and budgeting
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems
• Easily share ideas in person and in writing
• Positive 'can-do' customer service attitude
• Leadership experience
