Pricing & Deal Structuring Specialist

About the role

The Pricing & Deal Structuring Specialist plays a crucial role in preparing financial models and analyses for complex outsourcing and consulting arrangements. They support the creation of the pricing approach and client value propositions, using accounting principles to prepare financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy, and Commercial Standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial statements supporting new client opportunities
• Leverage client cost data to develop cost baselines and client business cases in support of sales efforts
• Identify costs and perform cost buildup for individual opportunities
• Apply various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives
• Ensure revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture policies are accurately reflected within financial models
• Acquire and maintain all documentation supporting financial statements on new opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial analyst
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Excel and financial concepts

Qualifications

• Knowledge in applying US GAAP
• Experience in pricing and deal structuring
• CPA/MBA
• Proficiency in Excel, financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.), and budgeting
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems
• Positive 'can-do' customer service attitude
• Experience leading a team

FY25 Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
