Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze contracts
• Maintain customer pricing in SAP
• Group maintenance
• Expediting order exceptions
• Aid in national group purchasing organizations
• Contract maintenance process
• Review and approve pricing requests
• Manage group membership lists
• Implement national agreements
• Interact with customers, distributors, and internal management
• Create presentations for Price Committee
• Analyze sales, ASP, and price impact
• Prepare and review final commitment documents
• Ensure commitment levels are accurate and assigned to the proper pricing level
• Maintain product line technical expertise
• Develop and prepare reports

Requirements

Knowledge of sales reporting and ability to learn new software applications and job skills.

Highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints.

Orthopedic industry experience.

Influence the direction of our internal and external customers in regards to contract management.

Recognize opportunities, help to improve existing processes while prioritizing and adjusting work in a flexible manner.

Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.

Thoroughly understands and applies good contract management principles.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP query experience required.
• SAP, Vendavo, Alteryx, Tableau experience preferred.
