Responsibilities
- Administer and analyze contracts
- Maintain customer pricing in SAP
- Group maintenance
- Expediting order exceptions
- Assisting with national group purchasing organizations
Requirements
- Intermediate level of pricing processes
- Ensure signed and executed agreements are followed
- Apply appropriate business judgment in compliance with Zimmer Biomet Policies
- Manage contracts from RFP stage to contract initiation
- Perform contract maintenance and sales reporting
- Maintain group membership lists, group maintenance requests, hierarchy changes, pricing for contracts, and group communications
- Able to interact and be a point of contact with Customers, Distributors, and internal management
- Prepare slides for Price Committee
- Prepare sales history, ASP, and impact analysis for assigned national group purchasing organizations, regional buying groups, integrated health systems, and individual contracts
- Prepare, review, and approve final commitment documents
- Maintain product line technical expertise
- Develop and prepare reports to analyze Zimmer Biomet sales, average selling prices, and price impact analysis as necessary
Qualifications
- Demonstrate analytical skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sales reporting and ability to learn new software applications and job skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints
- Orthopedic industry experience
- Influence the direction of our internal and external customers in regards to contract management
- Recognize opportunities, help to improve existing processes while prioritizing and adjusting work in a flexible manner
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Thoroughly understands and applies good contract management principles
Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP query experience
- SAP, Vendavo, Alteryx, Tableau experience preferred
