Responsibilities

• Review sales proposals and ensure compliance with framework agreements and financial targets.
• Support the booking process and identify digitalization opportunities.
• Perform all activities associated with the review, analysis, escalation, and approval of pricing proposals.
• Ensure compliance with GPO/IDN contract terms and conditions, corporate pricing guidelines, and Limits of Authority policy.
• Review accuracy of MEA accounting during the booking process to ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Identify digitalization opportunities and contribute to process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all Finance, Accounting, and Quality policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business discipline or related experience.
• 3+ years of proven analytical experience supporting Finance and Accounting functions.
• Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and regulations, particularly revenue recognition guidelines (MEA, IFRS).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint).
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Diagnostics, and the Contract Lifecycle process are all strongly recommended.
