Job Summary
As our Pricing Analyst, you will architect pricing for commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and standardization across the company's geographic footprint. You will work closely with Sales and Accounting to develop and maintain pricing models, analyze contracts, and provide data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Commercial Pricing & Modeling: Develop, maintain, and execute complex pricing modules and formulas for commercial proposals.
- Multi-Divisional Standardization: Analyze and price service lines across Janitorial, Landscape, and Maintenance, identifying discrepancies and creating a unified pricing model.
- Cost Breakdown Analysis: Deconstruct facility contracts into granular cost components, ensuring profitability of both one-off and recurring services.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing pricing analysis and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness while aligning with corporate margin targets.
- Data Storytelling & Dashboards: Translate financial data into actionable insights and build high-level dashboards using Tableau to monitor gross margin trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development Managers and Operations to evaluate bids, renewals, seasonalize budgets, and manage data within internal ERP systems.
What You Bring to the Team
- Facility Services Expertise: 3+ years of experience pricing facility services, with direct experience in Janitorial, Landscaping, or Building Maintenance preferred.
- Advanced Excel Mastery: Expert-level skills in complex logical formulas, financial modeling, and troubleshooting.
- Numbers-Driven & Analytical: Sharp analytical mindset with a deep understanding of service-based labor and operational levers.
- Diplomacy & Alignment: Ability to navigate dual loyalties between Sales and Accounting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
