Pricing Analyst
About the role
The pricing analyst will interface with sales, marketing, R&D, and finance team-members to understand the customer needs and implement pricing to gain market share and achieve revenue growth goals. He or she will assist in excel and software-based data analysis to summarize and present pricing recommendations to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed price/offer recommendations and gain consensus with key stakeholders
- Complete pricing requests and manage prioritization to ensure timely completion to ensure customer needs are met for your projects and associate’s projects
- Advise and support pricing associates in your product or market areas
- Operate in an interactive mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity
- Conduct price and cost analysis by market, customer, and competition to help support sales strategy
- Manage cost savings projects
- Provide market price analysis and options and strategic price guidance plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of analytical or pricing experience
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Intellectually curious and exited to explore new strategies, products, and markets
- Nice to Have: A broad understanding of raw material substrates, manufacturing processes, general product specifications and customer applications

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $64,700 to $80,900; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $64,700 to $97,100 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location.
