About the Role

If you love seeing instant results and working outdoors, pressure washing might be your new favorite job. As a Service Technician at Window Genie, you’ll blast away dirt, grime, and years of buildup—making things look brand new. No experience is necessary; we’ll train you to become a pressure washing pro while also picking up skills in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, window tinting, and holiday light installs.

Pay

Start at $18/hr—earn $25+/hr once you’re trained and earning commission. Additional bonuses and benefits are included.

Schedule

Full-time position with the possibility of early finishes (e.g., off by 1 PM some days).

Responsibilities

• Pressure Washing – Driveways, siding, patios, decks (your main gig)
• Other Services – Window cleaning, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, window tinting
• Customer Interaction – Walk through the job, take payments, request reviews, suggest add-ons
• Gear Maintenance – Keep your equipment clean, safe, and ready to roll

Requirements

• Not afraid of heights—some jobs involve ladders
• Comfortable interacting with customers regularly
• Enjoy working outdoors—this job is outside, not in a cubicle
