Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HK Bank's digital and virtual banking strategy
• Build and scale a national digital-first banking platform
• Drive deposit growth and customer acquisition
• Lead digital banking, treasury management, lending, and deposit product strategy
• Create an exceptional online and virtual customer experience
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing virtual banking teams
• Create scalable operational processes and performance metrics
• Partner across the HK ecosystem to create integrated financial solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance while fostering innovation and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in banking, fintech, digital banking, treasury management, or financial services
• Proven success leading growth initiatives and building scalable organizations
• Experience serving business owners, professional service firms, and affluent clients
• Strong understanding of digital banking technology and fintech partnerships
• Strategic thinker with exceptional execution and leadership abilities
• Collaborative, relationship-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
