Head, Virtual Banking

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the long-term vision for Virtual Banking to drive growth and client relevance
• Champion a seamless client experience across virtual and physical channels
• Lead sales and service strategies to accelerate revenue growth and deepen client relationships
• Oversee large-scale operations ensuring high-quality client experience and efficiency
• Drive enterprise transformation initiatives and modernize operating models and tech capabilities
• Establish relationships with other business units to provide integrated solutions
• Leverage data insights to inform decisions and improve business performance

Qualifications

• 9+ years of leadership experience in customer-facing operations, particularly in retail banking
• Demonstrated success leading organizations through transformation and digital modernization
• Strong track record in driving business growth and expanding client relationships
• Experience in leading large teams while fostering high-performing cultures and employee engagement
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in financial services

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
