About the role

Bench International is seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Development to lead its efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within the technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the Mid-Atlantic market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and client outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales results
  • Experience working in the technology industry, particularly in the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
