About the role

The role involves developing and managing provider networks in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey for specialty recruitment through contract and hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage provider networks in PA, DE, and NJ for specialty recruitment
• Recruit and onboard new providers to the network
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to ensure alignment on network goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
• Manage provider relationships to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Identify and address provider concerns and issues
• Contribute to the growth and success of the provider network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in one of the specified states
• Experience in provider network development and specialty recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
