Provider Network Development – Contract Prescribers
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand provider networks.
- Identify new prescriber opportunities within contracted markets.
- Manage prescriber onboarding and ongoing compliance processes.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to develop strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential prescriber opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective prescribers.
- Oversee prescriber onboarding and training programs.
- Monitor prescriber performance and provide necessary support.
- Resolve prescriber-related issues and complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in at least one state.
- Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
