The role involves developing and managing provider networks for specialty recruitment in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. This is a contract position with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage provider networks for specialty recruitment
• Recruit and onboard new providers to the network
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to build and maintain relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage day-to-day operations of the provider network

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in at least one of the designated states
• Experience in provider network development and specialty recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
