Responsibilities

• Develop and manage provider networks for specialty recruitment
• Recruit and onboard new providers to the network
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to support the growth of the network
• Manage relationships with providers to maintain positive working partnerships

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in at least one of the designated states
• Experience in provider network development and specialty recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to client sites within the designated states

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
