About the role
This position is an exclusive outpatient network provider contract in Townsend, Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the exclusive outpatient network.
- Identify and qualify potential providers to join the network.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and network policies.
- Manage the referral process for patients within the network.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware.
- Experience in provider network development and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
