Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

About the role

As a 1099 Contractor, this position involves developing and maintaining an exclusive outpatient network in Lewes, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in provider relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and grow the network
• Collaborate with the Provider Services team to ensure alignment with network goals
• Manage the onboarding process for new providers joining the network
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
