About the role
A Provider Network Development position is available for a 1099 Contractor in Dover, Delaware. This role involves developing an exclusive outpatient network, working on a contract basis, and potentially a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network
- Identify and qualify potential providers for inclusion in the network
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
- Manage the enrollment process for new providers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the organization
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in provider network development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
