Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

Erie, Pennsylvania

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand an exclusive outpatient network.
  • Identify and evaluate potential provider opportunities, including new practices and specialties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on network goals and strategies.
  • Manage the contracting process for new and existing providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor network performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting healthcare networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare provider relations or network development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
