About the role

Develop and manage exclusive outpatient provider networks in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Serve as a key member of the provider relations team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new providers to the network
  • Manage provider contracts and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Communicate effectively with providers to maintain positive relationships
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
  • Experience in provider network development and contract management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • Advanced degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
