About the role
Develop and manage exclusive outpatient provider networks in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Serve as a key member of the provider relations team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new providers to the network
- Manage provider contracts and renewals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Communicate effectively with providers to maintain positive relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
- Experience in provider network development and contract management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Advanced degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
