About the role

Provide clinical expertise in provider network development for an exclusive outpatient network in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. This position is a 1099 contractor offering contract and hybrid work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the network
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential providers
• Conduct site visits to assess provider facilities and compliance with network standards
• Ensure all contracted providers meet quality and performance metrics
• Manage the onboarding process for new providers in the network

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in provider network development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare provider contracting and network management
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits
