Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify and qualify potential providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to align provider network goals with overall organizational objectives.
• Monitor provider performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain high-quality care standards.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network development.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
