Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

York, Pennsylvania

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to build and maintain an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify and evaluate potential provider opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to align provider network strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Monitor network performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in provider network development or similar healthcare management role.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
