Provider Network Development – Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid

Location: Jackson, New Jersey

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify and qualify potential provider candidates, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other members of the provider relations team to enhance the overall provider network strategy.
• Monitor network performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in provider relations or similar field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
