• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify and qualify potential providers, negotiate contracts, and manage provider onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to support patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey.
• Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
