About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an exclusive outpatient network in Cape May, New Jersey. This role involves contract negotiation, provider outreach, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers to establish an exclusive outpatient network.
• Outreach to potential providers to join the network and ensure their compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure all contracted providers are up-to-date on regulatory changes and maintain compliance.
• Manage relationships with existing network providers to maintain a strong, collaborative relationship.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey.
• Experience in provider network development and contract management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) preferred.
