Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a Teacher Aide – Head Start & Early Head Start.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines, learning activities, and classroom organization
- Help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with classroom teams
- Support classrooms in meeting Head Start standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and families
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Background check required
