Preschool Teacher Aide- Full-Time, Full-Year

Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a Teacher Aide – Head Start & Early Head Start.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, learning activities, and classroom organization
• Help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with classroom teams
• Support classrooms in meeting Head Start standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and families
• Ability to follow directions and work independently

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices
