Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a Teacher Aide – Head Start & Early Head Start to support teachers in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging classrooms for young children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, learning activities, and classroom organization
• Help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with classroom teams
• Support classrooms in meeting Head Start standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality

Pay
