Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a passionate Head Start Lead Teacher to lead a preschool classroom serving children ages 3–5.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging learning environment
• Implement developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Head Start Performance Standards
• Support school readiness across all developmental areas
• Guide daily classroom operations
• Mentor support staff
• Monitor child progress
• Build strong partnerships with families to ensure every child thrives
