Responsibilities
- Observe children’s interests
- Work with other teachers to develop ideas
- Communicate with parents through various means
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
- Successfully completed state-required pre-service training
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively
- Ability to handle stress professionally
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Properly lift infants into and out of cribs (for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers)
- Maintain ratios and ensure classroom success
- Meet background check eligibility
