Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and socialization.
- Assess children's developmental progress and communicate with parents regarding their child's growth and needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistent educational standards and practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid state certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a health clearance.
- Pass a drug test.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
