About the role

The Early Care & Education Preschool Director position is based in Keller, TX. This role oversees the daily operations of a preschool program, ensuring high-quality care and education for children aged 2-5 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and ensure alignment with educational standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Plan and implement special events and community outreach programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or ability to obtain one within six months of hire.
• Experience managing a team and leading a preschool program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of child development stages and learning theories.

Pay
