Preschool Assistant Director

Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Director with Director I or Director II certification, proven leadership experience (1+ years in a managerial role), and a strong background in early childhood education (3+ years).

What We’re Looking For

• EEC Director I/II certification
• CDA, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• At least 1 year of management experience in an EEC-licensed program
• Expertise in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
• Passion for early childhood education and creating an inspiring learning environment
