What Makes You Our Leadership All-Star
- Proven success as an Assistant Director at a large school.
- 3–5 years of hands-on teaching experience.
- Mets state licensing standards, including criminal background screening and fingerprinting.
- Education/experience in one of these:
Bachelor’s degree + 6+ months in group childcare,
Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education,
Associate’s degree (or equivalent) + 1+ year in a supervisory role and 2+ years in group childcare. - Deep knowledge of national/state education standards, licensing, fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
- Strong grasp of USDA Nutritional Standards for Schools.
- At least 21 years old with corporate driving requirements met.
