Presales -HCM Solution Consultant -PBS

For our client, we are seeking a Presales -HCM Solution Consultant -PBS to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role will partner closely with sales and consulting teams to advance human capital management opportunities through the sales cycle. The focus is on translating HCM capabilities into clear business value for prospective customers, with an emphasis on executive-level conversations, solution design, and proof-of-concept support. The ideal candidate will bring both deep HR domain knowledge and pre-sales consulting experience to help shape customer outcomes and support deal progression. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $126,000 – $189,000 annually Responsibilities Deliver technical product presentations, workshops, and seminars Create design and implementation specifications for complex applications Assist sales teams in closing opportunities by addressing solution questions Contribute to opportunity qualification and demonstrate proof-of-concept builds Support sales, marketing, and technical objectives throughout the sales cycle Participate in discovery sessions to understand customer needs and current processes Leverage HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise during sales presentations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent, Recruitment, Learning, and Payroll 3+ years of experience with cloud-based HCM applications such as SAP, or Oracle 3+ years of experience in a presales or sales consulting role Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-makers at the C-suite level Experience using AI tools in human capital management Benefits Flexible work environment with remote and in-office options Exposure to various business areas such as Product Management and Consulting Services Opportunity to work with a skilled and diverse team Continuous improvement culture with emphasis on personal growth Engagement in complex decision-making processes at executive levels Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
