Media Sales Consultant

About the Role

ValpakClipp is looking for our next sales superstar to help local businesses thrive by connecting them with modern marketing solutions that make a difference. This is a remote outside sales opportunity in the Greensboro, NC area. We're seeking someone excited by the intersection of direct mail, digital, and e-commerce innovation who wants to be at the forefront of modern media solutions that drive results for local businesses while helping the local community thrive.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. Use your determination and skills to generate new leads and expand your client base, and drive results.
• Craft innovative campaigns: Design and execute integrated campaigns combining direct mail, digital, and e-commerce solutions to deliver results for local businesses.
• Create and leverage data-driven strategies: Utilize best-in-class data and analytics to design and implement marketing strategies that deliver outstanding results for your clients.

Requirements

• Proven ability to make high-volume outbound appointments (in person) outreach through calls/email daily.
• Experience managing a large, active pipeline of prospects.
• A forward-thinking, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and relationship building, preferably with a background in media or direct mail.
• A driven individual with a passion for integrating traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ability to design and present integrated marketing solutions (direct mail + digital).
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions for your first year, with uncapped earning potential.
• First-year income is estimated at $70,000 to $75,000, with potential to exceed $100,000 as your business grows.
