Prepper/ Scanner Analyst
About the role
The Digitizing Project requires individuals to travel between multiple office locations within the Thibodaux region to support the project. Duties include viewing sensitive content, scanning documents, removing paper clips, tape, staples, notes, sticky notes, and other items to prepare files for scanning. Attention to detail, teamwork, and cooperation are essential.
Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple office locations within the Thibodaux region
- View and handle sensitive content
- Scan documents and remove paper clips, tape, staples, notes, sticky notes, etc.
- Prepare files for scanning
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
- Manage project timelines effectively
- Handle secure documents
- Practice quality assurance and control
- Transfer hard copy data into a digitized format
Requirements
- Support, management, problem management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working on large-scale scanning and documentation projects
- Knowledge of transferring hard copy data into a digitized format
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
