Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, from-scratch ingredients—chopped, portioned, and ready before the restaurant opens
- Ensure the kitchen line operates efficiently
Requirements
- Kitchen or prep experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
- Comfortable with knives and moving quickly
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable, on time, and able to stand for full shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
