Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, from-scratch ingredients by chopping, portioning, and readying them before the restaurant opens.
• Ensure the kitchen line operates efficiently with prepped and organized ingredients.

Requirements

• Kitchen or prep experience is helpful, but we will train the right person.
• Comfortable using knives and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for full shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional demeanor, strong work habits, and a positive attitude.
