Immediate openings for a Prep Cook at Barrio in Haverhill, MA.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all food safety regulations
- Follow recipes to exact measurements
- Put away food orders
- Properly stock and rotate food
- Prepare food in large quantities
- Clean all equipment and kitchen areas
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Be able to work efficiently and quickly
- Have a general knowledge of basic kitchen practices and procedures
- Have reliable transportation
- Weekend availability is preferred
- 1 year prior experience is preferred (on-the-job training provided)
- ServSafe Certification is a plus
