About the role

As a Cook and Prep team member, you’ll prepare food and serve customers in line with federal, state, and local standards. You’ll work closely with the Chef to follow production schedules, recipes, and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and prepare items according to established recipes and quantities.
• Complete production worksheets, waste logs, and required documentation.
• Taste meals to ensure quality before service.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment following department procedures.
• Store, label, and date all food items in compliance with policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers efficiently and resolve any concerns.
• Work multiple stations, including steam tables and grill, to fulfill orders.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay

$17.50 to $18.50 per hour.
