Responsibilities

• Oversee premium spaces assigned, ensuring set-up, execution, and break-down meet company standards.
• Ensure high-quality, well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
• Review menus and production needs to manage daily operations effectively.
• Monitor staff to ensure proper use of systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools.
• Communicate regularly with staff and enforce safety and sanitation standards.
• Sign off on daily cleaning procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand for long periods, push/pull carts of product, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$20/hour
