Premium Supervisor- Empower Field - Empower Field at Mile High

Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of operations in assigned areas during events.
• Interacting with clients and guests, addressing their needs.
• Ensuring proper setup and readiness of event spaces, pantries, etc.
• Supervising and evaluating employees; providing guidance and support.
• Maintaining and controlling high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Training, educating, and enforcing responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Enforcing standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Communicating with co-workers to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conducting physical audits of inventory and products.
• Following and promoting adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Verifying rentals, food, supplies, beverage, etc., in accordance with Event Orders, Transfers, etc.
• Collaborating with Warehouse and Culinary teams to meet service needs.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Premium service standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comprehensive knowledge in Catering Standards.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with POS systems.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Fast-paced problem-solving abilities.
• Personable, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
• Organized and adaptable to prioritize tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Physical capabilities to lift, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Keyboard and visual display terminal usage for extended periods.
• Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.
